it was tranquil yet had a good atmosphere. very good location. the staff are lovely and seem happy which makes me happy -especially the young waiting staff in the restaurants. I remember a few names of staff who made me feel particularly welcomed (I was a solo traveller) thank you so much Pedro Lopez on my first night in the Spanish restaurant eating alone and i was truly well looked after. Nicolas at breakfast and his wonderful staff. Jose and Santiago in Asian bar and have to mention Sam the entertainment guy because he does entertain! I will definitely return next year to this lovely resort next April.

Spotless and smells amazing. Great facilities, friendly staff and brilliant location.

Room was quiet. Beds comfortable. Bathroom clean and well stocked with toiletries and towels. Pool area pleasant - no problems with sunbeds. Pools fab - especially the small heated one - my nine month old loved it! The flumes were good too. Food good quality. Breakfasts were brilliant! The Sabor restaurant was good too. All staff excellent! Brilliant location.

Lovely Hotel situated right on the promenade overlooking the sea. Three minutes walk to a beautiful sandy bay where it's an absolute dream to swim every morning before the beach gets too crowded. We stayed in a swim up room in the Preferred Club. Just a note that the Preferred Club does not mean exclusive to Adults (which was what we thought) but we only saw a couple of well behaved children during the week in the designated areas. There is an Adults Only pool but we much preferred the Sea Legs Pool with it's swim up bar. I think the Hotel must have been quiet during the week we were there as there were always plenty of sun loungers available and luckily there were only a couple of people that felt it necessary to reserve beds so didn't make it feel like it was a dash to the pool every morning. The staff are the best here! They absolutely made our time so enjoyable and were friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Daniel front of house in the Blue Grill Restaurant in Preferred Club - he was an absolute joy and a credit to the Hotel. Always a friendly smile and laugh and a hug with him and it made our holiday so much more enjoyable to have this good energy every morning. Breakfast in the Preferred Club was amazing, so much choice, just everything you could wish for. Because the Hotel was under occupied there were only a couple of Restaurants open in evening for all inclusive guests. We chose to eat mainly in The World Cafe, which there was plenty of selection and no queuing or food running short. The evening entertainment was fun too and was just a lovely atmosphere everywhere especially on Karaoke evening when we had so many different nationalities singing it felt like the Eurovision Song Contest - really enjoyed that evening. We met many returning guests in this Hotel which speaks for itself and I would definitely recommend it as it's one of the best we have stayed in! A huge thank you to the management and staff.
